Our Nova Tracking System is an online system that will enable you to track your equipment or components from receipt date to sale or disposition. It will also allow you to print a variety of reports to assist you in your accounting and/or environmental processes.
AssetGenie helps OEMs manage the spare parts fulfillment process. The Nova system provides our OEM clients with an additional resource to meet spare parts fulfillment needs.

Steps to Login
• Go to web site www.assetgenie.com
• From any screen, press the link to "Online Tracking" link at the bottom of the page
• At the login screen input your Username and Password

Tracking Your Assets
• Published Reports: Select the "View" link to the right of each report description
• Query Builder: Press the link to the Query Builder interactive screen and select the provider, and any other options
• If the reports do not show, make sure the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed
